Virtual Planning

Virtual packages are currently available March to May 2020. Virtual meetings can be via phone or Zoom.  

Virtual Planning Package #1

  • 1 virtual 90-minute meeting
    • We will identify 1-2 points below (time-permitting) and focus on actionable steps to get tasks done right, the first time. 
    • We will offer you tips so that you may continue planning on your own.
  • 1 follow-up email from your planner, with notes from your session and next steps.

Virtual Planning Package #2

  • 3 virtual 60-minute meetings
    • We will identify as many points below as time permits and focus on actionable steps to get tasks done right, the first time.
    • We will offer you homework and tips so that you may continue planning, with our help.
    • Meetings to be booked max 1 month apart
  • 3 follow-up emails from your planner, with notes from your session, homework for the next session, and generalized next steps.
  • Custom support package
    • If you are in the early stages of your planning, you will receive template tools to assist you.
    • If you are in the later stages of your planning, you will receive day-of coordinator tools, which you can share with your bridal party, a friend, or family member who can help coordinate your day.

  • Ask us about logistics, scheduling, vendor relationships, guest etiquette, budget, etc, so that you can save time, money and plan confidently.

At what point in your planning process is this helpful? It doesn’t matter if you are newly engaged, mid-planning, mid-postponing, or weeks away, we will help you any step of the way.

Day-Of Service 

Entrust your special day to professionals with experience in dealing with wedding day stresses. Your wedding coordinator will help ensure that your day is seamless and stress-free for everyone. Your family and bridal party will surely thank you for it!

12- Hours Day-Of Service may include (but is not limited to):

  • Assist at bride and groom’s homes
  • Facilitate wedding ceremony
  • Act as day-of contact for all vendors and venue
  • Facilitate vendor arrival at venue
  • Oversee and assist with venue setup (manage seating arrangement and proper placement of rentals and flowers)
  • Manage schedule for bridal party and VIPs
  • Alert all vendors of special events during the reception (ex. dances, speeches, cake cutting, etc)
  • Ensure proper flow of events during reception, remaining easily accessible throughout
  • Attend to any outstanding or last minute payments
  • Organize all supplies at the end of the night, ensuring that they are returned to rightful owners

Partial Planning

You’ve booked your ceremony, reception venue and some of the major vendors, but you need help locking down the rest of the details?

This package includes the guidance and support you need to finish planning your wedding (15 hours), in addition to the Day-Of Coordination Package. 

Complete Planning

You spent some time finding your significant other, falling in love and waiting for that ring… Now that you’ve been proposed to, you’re kind-of freaking out? That’s completely normal! Entrust your full wedding planning to us.

You tell us what you’ve dreamed your wedding to look like, and we’ll bring it to life, within your style and budget. You’ll enjoy a concierge-level planning experience where we’ll fuel your ideas and get you the details to help you make your choices. We’ll be by your side throughout the whole process. You can enjoy being engaged, without the stress!

This package includes a minimum of 50 planning hours, in addition to the Day-Of Coordination Package. 

À La Carte Planning

You love planning as much as we do? You’re taking care of everything but just need help with a detail or two? Or maybe just need someone to talk to about a specific situation?

  • Venue/Church search: We will help narrow your search, based on your style, and schedule a visit.
  • Vendor referral: We will connect you with 3 potential vendors, given your style and budget.
  • Wedding décor: Can’t envision your wedding? We can help you see what the venue will look like. We’ll shop for your rentals and create your décor together!
  • Wedding timeline creation: We will create detailed, personalized timelines for each member of your bridal party.
  • Wedding gifts: We will help you come up with the perfect favour for your guests or for your bridal party.
  • Emergency kit: We will get you a kit of supplies (umbrella, sewing kit, water, food) for yourself and your bridal party.
